Personal development is of the highest importance to everybody at Moor End Academy, and completing the EPDA has effectively complemented existing practices, and allowed leaders at all levels to reflect on how to further enhance our offer.

Seeing professional development highlighted as a strength validates our belief that we have an exceptional offer in this area; equally, we are delighted that the variety, inclusivity and sheer volume of our enrichment offer has been recognised.

Yasmin has been the driving force not just behind this award, but also with personal development as her wider remit. Whilst we are incredibly proud of all stakeholders who have contributed to this award, it could not have been achieved without Yasmin’s vision and leadership.
