Excellence in Pupil Development Award

Ridgeway Academy

We are delighted to be re-accredited with the EPDA, which reflects the hard work of everyone in our school community.

The framework of the EPDA supported our strategic planning, ensuring stakeholder voice was at the heart of our action and that we targeted resources to the greatest affect.

We are keen to take our values out into the Ridgeway community and have exciting plans to widen engagement with local organisations. Helpfully, the verifier gave us some interesting strategies to engage our local community, which we will be exploring in 2025-26

Speak to our team to find out how our school awards can support your school's development and improvement goals.
