Excellence in Pupil Development Award

Gorsemoor Primary School

The EPDA process has, without a doubt, both strengthened and enhanced our co-curriculum for pupil personal development. At a leadership level, the award has encouraged us to ensure we have a robust evaluative assessment of current practice which has enabled us to really hone in on our strengths and areas needing further development.

Embedding character education at Gorsemoor has led to meaningful opportunities for pupils to understand how to be respectful and active citizens who contribute positively to society. This is now a very tangible and stand-out part of our culture where pupils take on key roles and responsibilities as stakeholders in school which, over time, has had a very positive impact on whole school behaviour and pupil outcomes.

Speak to our team to find out how our school awards can support your school's development and improvement goals.
